Youth councils are groups of young people aged 11–17, who come together to represent young people in their local area. Nobody knows about the issues affecting young people better than young people themselves, so come along and have your say! The Broxbourne Youth Council, supported by YC Hertfordshire and Broxbourne Borough Council, will enable you to present your views to those who make decisions so that they can work to improve things in the local community. To express an interest or for more information about the Broxbourne Youth Council, please contact YC Hertfordshire on 01992 588220, or just come along!

The Galaxy Youth Project runs every Thursday night at the Rickmansworth Young People's Centre. It's for young people aged 13–17 who have a mild learning disability, need a boost in self-confidence or would benefit from being in a small supportive environment. YC Hertfordshire is the new name for Youth Connexions.
The Stevenage Youth Council is a voice for young people in the Stevenage area. Join us and have your say - both for yourself and other young people!
Have your say... make a difference to your local community! The Hertsmere Youth Council is a group of young people who meet to discuss, debate and take action on issues affecting young people in the Hertsmere area. A youth council is somewhere that young people can raise issues and get their views heard by the people who can make a difference. It is also an organisation for change and also aims to promote the good work that young people are doing in the area.
The St Albans and Harpenden Youth Council aims to improve the lives of young people in the St Albans District. Do you want to make a difference? Can you rise to the challenge of representing the views of other young people in your area? Do you live in St Albans, Harpenden, Redbourn, London Colney or surrounding areas? Then the St Albans and Harpenden Youth Council is a fantastic opportunity for you to get involved!
