HealthVolunteerLearning & CareersAdvice & Information

Are you aged 13-17? Is life a struggle at times? Do you find you have issues at home or school where you find yourself in trouble - including with the police? If you would like some support in making positive life changes and improving your future opportunities, please contact YC Hertfordshire about the Positive Pathways project, delivered in partnership with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council.

Referring yourself to Positive Pathways will mean you receive support and guidance from YC Hertfordshire youth workers and you will have access to opportunities which can make a real difference to your future.

Positive Pathways

Positive Pathways is a project to help young people in the Welwyn Hatfield area access individual support, youth projects and programmes, as well as careers advice and guidance, which develop confidence, skills and improve future life opportunities.

How to access the Positive Pathways Project

Young people can access Positive Pathways by filling in the form here:

Welwyn Hatfield Positive Pathways

and emailing it to positivepathways@welhat.gov.uk.

Alternatively young people can be referred by their school, family or organisation working with them.

A YC Hertfordshire youth worker will then get in touch to arrange to meet and talk through the support required and complete a personal plan of action.

Welwyn Garden City Young People's Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
