If you're aged 13-16 and feel you'd like some support with your emotional well-being, confidence and self-esteem or are struggling with anxiety or low-mood, then the YC Hertfordshire North Herts Team's GROW project could be for you. The project offers a safe environment where you will get support in boosting your emotional well-being, helping you to feel better about life. Come along to the Letchworth Young People’s Centre on Tuesday evenings from 6.30 to 8.30pm.

Want to feel happier and more confident in life? Come along to GROW. The YC Hertfordshire North Herts GROW Emotional Wellbeing Project runs on Tuesday evenings during school term time. Each term you will cover a variety of subjects and do activities which will help you through any challenges and pressures you are facing in your life, supporting your emotional and mental wellbeing.

You can get involved in a range of fun activities, including sports, cooking, arts & crafts and you'll also learn more about coping strategies and gain new life-skills.

The activities and topical discussions are run by supportive, qualified and experienced YC Hertfordshire youth workers. They are experienced in working with young people with a variety of needs. When you join the project there is a small assessment to see if you need help with anything specific.

GROW is open to everyone aged between 13 and 16 needing support with emotional well-being - just come along, no booking needed.

The Letchworth Young People’s Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
