YC Hertfordshire Friday Night Project at Breaks Manor Youth Centre, Hatfield

Do you want somewhere to go on a Friday evening? Come along, get involved and meet new friends. Friday nights at Breaks Manor is a safe space in which to meet new people, develop positive relationships and try out new activities or participate in workshops which develop your skills, experience, confidence and opportunities for your future.

Join in with some exciting projects, learn new skills, or just relax with your friends at the Friday Night Project.

There is a 'chill out' lounge for you to relax and socialise in a safe space, a music and recording studio, art and crafts room, and an outdoor sports area. In addition to these facilities, you have the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities such as cooking, drama, music, football and table tennis/free pool.

You will also be given the opportunity to voice your opinions and get information on issues that are important to you, such as alcohol, drugs, health, education, bullying, access to careers guidance, to name but a few.

The YC Hertfordshire Friday Night Project is located at Breaks Manor Youth Centre which is adjacent to Hatfield Young People's Centre, and is situated in the centre of Hatfield within 10 minutes walking distance of the train station; it serves both Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield.
