Are you aged 13-17? Do you want to feel more confident in life? Come along to YC Hertfordshire's emotional wellbeing project at the Pioneer Young People’s Centre every Wednesday evening.

At the YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project at the Pioneer Young People’s Centre you can get involved with all sorts of great activities.

We are currently offering the 'Supporting You' programme. Supporting You is a group programme of seven weekly sessions where you learn strategies to help you to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood in a fun and safe environment. The programme gives you the tools to build resilience and maintain positive emotional wellbeing.

All the activities are run by supportive YC Hertfordshire youth workers.

You can get involved in discussions on a variety of subjects and the project will help you to increase your self-esteem, assertiveness and confidence. It provides a safe space to work through any issues or barriers you are facing.

Pioneer Young People’s Centre is partially wheelchair accessible.
