Are you aged 11-17 and want to feel more confident in life? Come along to this YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project at Bennetts End Young People’s Centre.

At the YC Hertfordshire Emotional Wellbeing Project at Bennetts End Young People's Centre you can get involved with all sorts of great activities.

We are currently offering the 'Supporting You' programme at this project. Supporting You is a group programme of seven weekly sessions where you learn strategies to help you to reduce stress, anxiety and low mood in a fun and safe environment. The programme gives you the tools to build resilience and maintain positive emotional wellbeing.

You will also have opportunities to work towards sectional certificates of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. All the activities are run by supportive YC Hertfordshire youth workers.

You can get involved in discussions on a variety of subjects and the project will help you to increase your self-esteem, assertiveness and confidence and enable you to have a safe space to work through issues and barriers.

Bennetts End Young People’s Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
