The YC Hertfordshire Discovery Transgender Project is open to all young people aged 13-17 who live in the Dacorum district and who identify as transgender, non-binary, gender fluid and/or are questioning their gender. If this is you, come and join us every Friday from 6.30 to 8.30pm. It is a safe space for a social and supportive group.

Come along to the YC Hertfordshire Discovery Transgender Project and meet other young transgender people in your area. It is a group for 13-17 year olds in the Dacorum district, including Hemel Hempstead, Berkhamsted, Tring, Bovingdon, Markyate, Kings Langley and surrounding areas.

You will have the opportunity to take part in discussions around transitioning and learn about tools to deal with mental health issues, confidence and overall wellbeing.

Our aim is to provide a safe space for young trans people to socialise and support each other. There will be friendly YC Hertfordshire youth workers on hand to offer support and advice.

Please email us for details of the venue. This is a confidential project, so we only disclose the venue location to members.

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
