YC Hertfordshire Welwyn Garden City Youth Forum at Welwyn Garden City Young People's Centre

Sport / Outdoor Adventure

The Welwyn Garden Young People’s Forum is for young people aged 11-17 living in and around Welwyn Garden City who want to make a difference in their community. You will get the chance to express your ideas, opinions and solutions to decision makers, including council staff and community organisations. This is your chance to get your voice heard and make a difference, so come and get involved!

Join the Welwyn Garden City Young People's Forum and get involved in your local community, make a difference and make new friends!

What do we do?
We meet to identify and find solutions to the issues that affect us and other young people in the area. We then share ideas, opinions, solutions and aspirations with local decision makers. We also plan and deliver social action projects in the local community to help others.

What are our priorities?

  • Promoting opportunities for young people in the Welwyn Garden City area
  • Establishing a Youth Strategy Group where young people can meet with organisations which work with young people and shape the services they deliver.

Join us
